CROCKPOT SHREDDED Beefiness
- 2 - 3 Tbsp packed light brown carbohydrate
- ii 1/2 tsp paprika
- 2 tsp garlic pulverization

- 4 lb beefiness chuck roast

- ii/iii cup beef broth
- 1 tsp liquid smoke (optional)

Charcoal-broil SAUCE
- 1 large yellowish onion, finely minced
- iv cloves garlic, minced
- 3 Tbsp butter
- i tsp olive oil
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 20 - 24 oz bottle of ketchup
- one/3 - 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
- one/4 loving cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 - three Tbsp molasses
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Combine brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion pulverization, salt and pepper in a small basin. Set up aside. Add chuck roast to wearisome cooker, drizzle with mustard and rub into the meat.

Sprinkle with half of the rub. Rub into the meat, flip the roast over and rub the remaining rub into the meat.
