Longview Farms is a family farm in Havana, Florida built on the premise that healthy foods come from salubrious soils. We feed the soil simply natural, organic inputs and we use the interrelationship between animals and plants to build fertility in the soil and resilience in the animals. We raise cows, chickens, and pigs on pasture; and we rotate the cows and chickens regularly to add together natural fertilizer to the soil while insuring the animals are eating the most nutritious grasses and legumes. Toll Creek Farm is a minor family unit subcontract just south of Lake City, Florida.
